Express Mail®  Expected Delivery Time: Overnight to two-day service

Includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100 with a money-back guarantee. Additional merchandise insurance up to $5,000 may be purchased for a fee. Sunday and Holiday delivery is available to many destinations for an additional charge. All packages must use an Express Mail label. The maximum weight is 70 pounds.

Features: Express Mail envelopes, labels, and boxes may be ordered online at USPS.com/store and are available at Post Offices. Features include delivery to Post Office boxes, rural addresses, and to APO/FPO and DPO addresses at domestic prices.

Priority Mail®  Expected Delivery Time2-3 day service to most domestic destinations

Priority Mail is used for documents, gifts, merchandise, and any mailable item weighing 70 pounds or less. The maximum size is 108 inches or less in combined length plus girth (distance around the thickest part). Mark each package "Priority Mail" in the postage area when you are not using USPS produced Priority Mail envelope or box.
Features: Priority Mail service offers two- to three-day service to most domestic destinations. Priority Mail envelopes and boxes are available at many Post Offices and can be ordered online at USPS.com/store. Extra Services, such as Insurance, may be available for an additional fee.
Priority Mail delivery status is available through Track and Confirm at USPS.com or by calling 1-800-222-1811.
Priority Mail "Dimensional Weight" Parcels addressed for delivery to zones 5-8 that exceed 1 cubic foot (1,728 cubic inches) are charged based on the actual weight or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater.

Delay/loss/damages/vandalism in shipping

If your package is missing, late or arrives with damages, please follow this procedure:
If your order has more than one tracking number, check with the carriers in charge (USPS, TransExpress) that your order is in the shipping route. Every tracking number represents a package. To understand why some shipments may have more than one number, keep in mind that some shipments may came from different fulfillment centers, or because these shipments may have an international destination to such country as: Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Republica Dominicana, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Trinidad&Tobago y Venezuela. Status of an existing order

To found out the status of an existing order you must go to Pygmaleon account.
Click “sing. in your account” in the upper of our Web site.
Log in your name and password, then click in the option ”sign in using our secure server”

When you log-in to your account click the option “My orders”, in the vertical bar at your left. You will find the status of your shipment in your account.

To check the status of an existing order with the logistic operator carrier, you must join the section Track & Confirm, then enter your order number or tracking and enter submit.
If your carrier is TransExpress log in htpp://transexpress.com/ go to tracking ID on the top and enter your TransExpress number, then press: search.

Which warehouse has being shipped my package?

Once that your package had being shipped you will receive an e-mail telling you the address of the warehouse that shipped your product and the confirmation of the order number. If the warehouse is not listed you can see it in the tracking of your package. In International Shipping sent from Miami to countries such Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Trinidad Tobago y Venezuela, the warehouse is located in our headquarters in Miami, although the origin of the shipping within US, may came from different fulfillment centers.
At Pygmaleon we place our best efforts to dispatch from the nearest fulfillment center that has the product of your choice. The Pygmaleon operations center is in Miami, Florida USA. Every supplier associated with our network has different warehouses and shipping centers in different parts of the country.


Why is my favorite carrier not listed in the check out?

Shipping methods are based in two options: the products you purchase and the destination address. Pygmalion presents only checkout, shipping methods
that apply to your purchase. So you will conduct a fair and appropriate choice.
Some products that you buy may be shipped in a certain way and in specific time of delivery, eg: Perfumes may require specialized transport, because they are considered hazmat or dangerous, big size of TV. Some forms of shipping have restrictions to the kind of products that can be transported. Some addresses can be reached using only certain shipping methods, eg. Puerto Rico.
