Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $70 excluding International Orders (see below). U.S. orders less than $70 will be subject to a standard flat rate of $5.95 per order first product, plus $2.00 additional products.


Expected Shipping Time

All items will be shipped on average of 24-72 business hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore most orders should be received within 4-8 business days via USPS, UPS or Federal Express from the time that you place your order placed. Should any expected delay outside this range occur, we may contact you through email and/or phone If an item or part of your order is currently not in stock, we will contact you.


Track your order
Tracking information will be automatically emailed once your order is packaged and shipped. Additionally, customers who placed an order using their registered account may view their Order Status On-line at any time. If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 3 days of submitting your order, please let us know by using our contact us page. Be sure to check your bulk email folders in case your email provider mistakenly filtered the tracking notification email.


Military Addresses and International P.O.Boxes
For APO and FPO, orders take about 7-10 business days. Please let us know in the order comments if you cannot receive USPS shipments, and that the order must be shipped using an alternate shipping service.

 International Orders

International Orders placed from outside of the Continental United States are excluded from free shipping and will be subject to a standard rate per order. If you find that you cannot place an order to your specific country, please contact us and we will try to assist you. We are not responsible for any customs, fees, destroyed, damaged, or lost packages. In the case that something does happen during the transit of your package, we would be happy to help you file a claim.

 Import Tax Policy

For certain countries:  Colombia, Costa Rica, Panamá, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Ecuador and Chile. Pygmaleon.com Collect duties and taxes as a reserve. these taxes will be paid via the third-party logistics companies who handle the imports on behalf of our you. The Third-party logistics paid all taxes to other countries a per each import.This assure that customers who purchasePygmaleon products they cover with only one paying all expenses related to cost of goods and shipping and handling to their countries.

 Return Policy

We guarantee each product to be 100% authentic, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction for the actual fragrance itself. Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final. Defective items and/or damaged products can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. To return a product for an exchange you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us and request an RMA number. An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting by support.pygmaloen.com. You will receive a response within 24/48 hours.

Please Note: We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender”. Exchanges will be sent to the same address that was originally used. To ensure an exchange is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. Returned products must be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

Order Changes

Please let us know as soon as possible by using our contact us page. Although most changes can be made before 12 pm, we cannot guarantee that your order hasn’t been shipped already. We cannot make changes if you order has already been shipped.
